DELIVERY / ORDERS

When do I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation email. From when the order is shipped, it should take an additional 2-7 working days depending on where you live.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited period of time in which you can change, cancel or revise it. Please contact us asap to see how we can best help.

What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
- Your order was never actually placed and processed.
- You have entered an incorrect email address with your order. If you are sure that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. If you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email our customer service department.

Can I return my order?

Even though we custom print our products to your personal order, you can return your order. Please contact us through hello@unrush.shop to receive instructions on how to return your order.

DO I PAY IMPORT DUTIES?

Customers outside the USA might have to pay customs fees when they receive their orders. This depends entirely on the destination country and it’s beyond Unrush’s control. The amount you have to pay depends entirely on the destination country and their laws. Some countries wave customs fees on orders valued at less than a certain price. Some may charge extra handling fees. It all depends on your location.

Is my payment safe?

Yes, it is. Payment is fully secured by one of the most important global certified authorities, TrustWave. All information entered to make your purchase is following the processing of personal data, and will be treated in full compliance with the privacy laws. Also, the site complies with all spam and viruses’ controls being the navigation completely safe.

Which payment methods are accepted ?


We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA, AMEX, Apple pay, Google pay, Shopify pay, or payment via PayPal.

When is the amount charged on my credit card?

For payments made via credit card and PayPal, the amount of your order will be authorized automatically and charged only when your order is confirmed.

GIFT CARDS

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! To buy one of our e-gift cards. Just add the gift card to your shopping cart, select the amount you wish to purchase, and complete with checkout. Gift cards are available for 50$, 75$, 100 and 250$. Please note that if you buy one of our e-gift cards, it's valid to use online and will be sent to you electronically via email.

How do I purchase a gift card?

To purchase one online you first navigate to the gift car following the link in the main menu. Then simply select what the amount of the gift card should be and add it into your basket like you would a normal product. Once you’ve completed at checkout you will receive an order confirmation with your gift card confirmation within 24 hours.

I've lost my gift card, can I get a replacement?

Yes, you can. If you send us an email at hello@unrush.shop and we’ll be able to advise you further on this.

Can I return a gift card?

No, our gift cards are non-refundable.

How long do I have to use my gift card?

Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

PROMOTIONS

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

REFUND POLICY

How do I return an purchased item?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

When you are happy, we are happy!
If there was an error packaging your order, we will do whatever is necessary to ensure you receive the item correctly. Because all items are custom made-to-order, we only process returns within 30 days after purchase for refunds, actually store credits. If you need to return an item, please contact us hello@unrush.shop with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. For the complete return instructions, please remember to include your full name and/or order number so that we may quickly assist you. All returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition.
